Dollar Tree and Payless ink deals at Marshfield Plaza
Chicago Marshfield Plaza, Chicago's new 454,000-sq.-ft., Target-anchored urban power center, has leased space to two new retailers, according to Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based Mid-America Asset Management, the center's leasing representative.
Dollar Tree leased 10,406 sq. ft. and is slated to open November 2009, and Payless ShoeSource will open a 3,250-sq.-ft. store in September 2009.
The center, which is owned by Primestor Development, is expected to be fully open and operational by July 2009, although many tenants have been open for several months, including Target, which opened in October 2008.
