Cushman & Wakefield awarded major Bloor Street leasing assignment

Toronto -- Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed retail leasing agent for 100 Bloor Street West, a major shopping mecca in Toronto. Currently occupied by Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, the flagship retail space represents the largest block of available space on Bloor Street in the past 20 years.



100 Bloor Street West is one of Canada’s most iconic and premium retail locations. “Flagship retail space on Bloor Street is highly sought after by leading global retail brands,” said Arlin Markowitz, vice president, Cushman& Wakefield. Notable tenants of the high-end shopping district include Tiffany’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Prada, Brooks Brothers, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Hermès.
