Costco opening at Plaza Pacoima

Beverly Hills, Calif. Primestor Development announced that Costco will open March 4 at the Plaza Pacoima shopping center in Los Angeles.

Primestor is the center’s developer.

The new membership warehouse is Costco’s 118th in California. The 154,000-sq.-ft. store will join an already-open Lowe’s in anchoring the upcoming 343,000-sq.-ft. center, which is currently under construction.

Best Buy also will anchor the center, which will open this spring.
