CBRE, JLL, and Cushman head list of top CRE brands
For the 18th consecutive year, global powerhouse CBRE was named the No. 1 commercial real estate brand by The Lipsey Company, a real estate training firm.
JLL and Cushman & Wakefield tied for second on the list, Collier’s placed third, and Avison Young moved up a spot to No. 6 and was named by Lipsey as the fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm.
Lipsey compiles its annual list of Top 25 Commercial Real Estate brands with industry surveys and a series of phone interviews and focus groups.
CBRE president and CEO Bob Sulentic said the honor attests to the hard work put in by all of his company’s associates. “The business landscape has changed dramatically since 2002, but our people’s intense focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes has been a constant,” he commented.
