CBL awarded management contract for Midway Mall

Chattanooga, Tenn. CBL & Associates Properties announced that it has been awarded the management contract for Midway Mall in Sherman, Texas.

CBL has assumed management, leasing and marketing for the mall. 

Midway Mall is a 471,000-sq.-ft., single-level regional mall anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Dillard’s and Sears and features over 50 retailers, restaurants and services.
