Butler Town Center adds Sephora
Butler Enterprise’s beautiful new Gainesville town center now has its beauty center.
Sephora has signed a lease for a 5,000-sq.-ft. space at Butler Town Center, the newest addition to Butler’s 267-acre retail complex, the biggest in North Central Florida. Sephora joins The Cheesecake Factory, Whole Foods Market, and P.F. Chang’s among the major draws at the live-work-play facility.
“We are so excited to partner with a retailer as sophisticated as Sephora. They are going to be a perfect anchor for us in the Town Center, and we know they are excited about the other tenants we have there already,” said Deborah Butler, president of Butler Enterprises.
Butler says she expects to have three more new tenant announcements before the summer’s out.
