Brio Tuscan Grill extends lease, renovates at Winter Park Village

Winter Park, Fla. Casto and Bravo Development announced Tuesday the extension of the lease for Brio Tuscan Grille restaurant at Winter Park Village for another 10 years.

As a result, the parties announced plans for a complete renovation of the Brio restaurant facility including a new outdoor seating area.

The interior phase of renovation began mid-August with completion scheduled in November.

“As we continue to grow and open new Brio restaurants across the United States, it is equally important that we invest in existing locations that have contributed to our success like Winter Park Village,” stated Brian O’Malley, president, Brio Tuscan Grille. “As we continue to evolve our food and service, it is imperative that we do the same for the ambience and design. We are thankful for the support of the past nine years from our Winter Park Guests and look forward to many more for years to come,” he added
