Brick House Tavern + Tap leases space at Preston Park Village

Plano, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased restaurant space in Plano, Texas at Preston Park Village to Brick House Tavern + Tap.

Opening its first location in the Dallas market, Brick House Tavern + Tap, an upscale sports tavern, has leased 6,932 sq. ft. of restaurant space and is slated to open for business in April 2010.
