Philadelphia Michael Salove Co., an X Team partner, announced Tuesday the completion of a lease transaction with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located Philadelphia.

Popeyes will occupy 2,031 sq. ft. of end-cap space adjacent to Five Guys Burgers and Fries and is slated to open in April 2011. Other tenants in the grocery-anchored shopping center include Giant, L.A. Fitness, Radio Shack, Five Guys, Salon Norman-Dee and Vince’s Pizza.
