Queens Center welcomes new tenants, including Burlington, H&M, Primark
New tenants have arrived at one of the largest shopping malls in New York City.
Queens Center, the four-story enclosed mall located in Elmhurst, N.Y., is touting eight new tenant openings, including eateries, apparel retailers, and more. Recent openings include San Wei, Psycho Bunny, Digiso, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Poke Island, Burlington, Primark, and H&M.
Queens Center is also set to welcome Dossier and PacSun in the upcoming months. The San Wei, Psycho Bunny, Digiso, Dossier, PacSun, Primark, and H&M stores at Queens Center mark the debut for each brand in the borough, which is the second most-populated in New York City.
In addition to new retail offerings, Queens Center is undergoing internal and external renovations which aim to further improve the shopping experience. The completed renovations include new light fixtures, new carpeting, and upgraded common area seating, while live greenery and an updated parking garage are also in the works.
“As Macerich continues to see an increase in foot-traffic across our centers, we remain committed to investing in our properties and providing shoppers with a dynamic and enhanced shopping experience," said Jamie Bourbeau, senior VP of leasing at Macerich, a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real estate. "Queens Center has always been dedicated to connecting with the community and creating a space that welcomes and engages with our audience. The addition of these eight brands and our ongoing renovations will further elevate the center by offering a refreshed and vibrant environment that meets our visitor’s evolving needs.”
Queens Center, located at the crossroads of Queens and Woodhaven Boulevards, has served as a vital retail center in the borough of Queens for 50 years. Other key tenants include Abercrombie kids, Apple, Adidas, JD Sports, Macy's, Pandora, Sephora, Victoria’s Secret, and Zara.
