Psycho Bunny makes Mall of America debut

A menswear brand whose logo is an irreverent bunny and crossbones continues to expand its national footprint.

Psycho Bunny has opened at Mall of America. The 906-sq.-ft. store will catch the eye of shoppers with the brand’s signature oversized 10-foot bunny in the storefront.

The new Psycho Bunny is one of 20 locations opening in 2021. It’s a continuation of the brand’s ongoing U.S. brick-and-mortar expansion that started in fall 2019 with openings in Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Hollywood, Fla. Psycho Bunny went West in 2020, opening three California-based stores at Century City, Valley Fair and South Coast Plaza.

The Mall of America store is one of the first to include a new integration of a 270-degree brand portal that will offer an immersive digital dive into the Psycho Bunny universe. Additionally, an exclusive mural by artist Mich Miller has been installed in the fitting rooms. The mural showcases an artistic expression of Minneapolis through the Psycho Bunny lens.

The store features the brand’s full assortment, which includes t-shirts, polos, outerwear and accessories. Psycho Bunny is known for its classic styles that stand out with an unconventional logo, unexpected detailing, vivid pops of color and craftsmanship. Each piece is created with an emphasis on quality, and has details such as mother of pearl buttons, exclusive pique fabrics and taped seams.

“Psycho Bunny is thrilled to see such tremendous retail growth, and particularly proud to open in the Minneapolis metro area,” said Kenny Minzberg, COO of Psycho Bunny. “Our unique take on menswear has earned us a very loyal customer base, and we are grateful and excited to drive continued growth throughout 2021 and beyond.”

Added Carrie Charleston, VP of leasing for Mall of America: “Psycho Bunny’s brick and mortar space offers guests a vibrant and engaging shopping environment they cannot find online. The unique and fun experience they deliver makes them a perfect addition to the eclectic mix of retail, dining and attractions found within Mall of America.”
