Pressed Juicery is integrating brick-and-mortar and online customer engagement at the point of sale.
The retailer of cold-pressed juice and wellness products is deploying the Aloha Cloud by NCR Voyix POS platform in an effort to unify its brick-and-mortar outlets and e-commerce channels.
By taking this integrated approach, Pressed Juicery hopes to obtain comprehensive insights across its enterprise, enhancing decision-making capabilities and minimizing discrepancies in loyalty engagement, consumer interactions and inventory management.
Aloha Cloud by NCR Voyix integrates consumer loyalty and marketing tools, all-in-one reporting, and next-day payment processing with a single user interface. Pressed Juicery can now centralize data for a panoramic view of sales, guest preferences and operational metrics. Via this consolidation, the retailer intends to facilitate a tailored customer experience featuring uniquely personalized perks.
The retailer is consolidating omnichannel operations and customer engagement as a recent study from ShipStation and Retail Economics indicates 73% of consumers blend online research, physical store visits and options such as buy-online-pickup-in-store or in-store returns before making purchase decisions.
