Pop Mart is planning a major mall expansion in 2026 with the help of Simon Property Group.

The trending Asian toy and collectibles retailer will open at more than 20 Simon malls and outlet centers across the country this year (see full list later in article), including at one of Simon’s largest properties – King of Prussia.

Pop Mart stores feature interactive displays, blind box collectible drops, and a wide selection of fan-favorite characters from the brand’s IP. Fueled by the recent Labubu collectible trend, Pop Mart has been expanding its footprint, and now operates more than 60 brick-and-mortar locations in the Americas. Last November, the brand made its debut in Canada, with at least two more stores planned for 2026.

“Pop Mart’s rapid growth and cultural influence make them an exciting and complementary addition to our portfolio,” said Zachary Beloff, VP, national director of business development at Simon. “Its expanded footprint reflects our commitment to delivering fresh, high-demand retail experiences that today’s shoppers are seeking.”
