Chicken Salad Chick is welcoming a new marketing leader to its C-suite.

The fast-casual chicken salad chain has named Jill Thomas to the role of chief marketing officer. In the role, she will lead all brand and marketing functions, overseeing national consumer marketing, digital and loyalty strategy, menu innovation support, and guest experience initiatives. Thomas will also focus on “further modernizing” the brand's marketing approach.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience leading brand, digital and growth strategies across a variety of industries. She joins Chicken Salad Chick from golf retailer PGA Tour Superstore, where she spent more than six years as senior VP and chief marketing officer of retail and e-commerce. In that role, she led fan engagement, lifecycle marketing and digital commerce initiatives.

"Jill's ability to connect data-driven strategy with meaningful guest experiences makes her an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Scott Deviney, president and CEO of Chicken Salad Chick, who has led the chain for nearly 11 years. "As we continue to scale the brand, her background across restaurants, retail, and e-commerce paired with her passion for building high-performing teams will help accelerate our growth and deepen engagement with both guests and franchise owners."
