Parker's Kitchen begins Florida expansion with goal of 12 stores by 2027
Georgia-based convenience chain Parker’s Kitchen is making its debut in a neighboring state.
The retailer will open its first Florida store in late October, in Yulee, Fla., located north of Jacksonville and near the high-traffic intersection of I-95 and Hwy. 200. Six Florida sites are expected to be under construction in the first quarter of 2027, with more to follow, according to the company. Parker’s Kitchen says its goal is to open 12 new stores in Florida before the end of 2027, including one truck stop.
“Entering Florida represents an important step in Parker’s Kitchen’s long-term growth strategy,” said Parker’s Kitchen CEO John Rudolfs, who was promoted to the role last October. “As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re continuing to build on a strong foundation by expanding into markets where we see meaningful opportunities for growth. North Florida is a natural extension of our footprint, and we look forward to introducing Parker’s Kitchen to a new group of customers while delivering the quality, service and value that have driven our success for five decades.”

The company also recently opened new stores in North Myrtle Beach and Lexington, S.C. The North Myrtle Beach store opened in early July, and is its first store in the city. The Parker’s Kitchen in Lexington opened its doors in early September, and is the company’s first location in the metro Columbia market.
All three new stores serve the company’s Southern-inspired Parker’s Kitchen food, which is prepared fresh on-site daily, and offer indoor dining as well as electronic ordering kiosks. Customers can enjoy a hot bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as convenient grab-and-go items.

Headquartered in Savannah, Ga., Parker’s Kitchen owns and operates 111 convenience stores across Georgia and South Carolina.
