O'Charley's Names VP, Design & Construction

Nashville, Tenn., O'Charley's Inc. announced that J. Harold ("Jay") Allen joined the company as VP of design and construction. In his new position, Allen will be responsible for all of the company's design and construction activities for new company-operated and franchised restaurants, and for the "Project RevO'Lution" and "Dressed to the Nines" re-branding initiatives.

Prior to joining O'Charley's, Allen was senior VP at Forrester Construction in Rockville, Md., where he was responsible for all construction operations and reported directly to the president.
