Nothing Bundt Cakes on track to double openings in 2023
A brand that was founded in a home kitchen in 1997 has grown into the country’s largest specialty cake company.
Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened its 500th bakery, in Shawnee, Kan., as it continues its rapid expansion. It is the sixth Nothing Bundt Cakes location in the Kansas City area.
The Dallas-based company, which has locations throughout 43 states and Canada, opened 51 locations in 2022, with plans to open 110 by the end of 2023. Most recently, it was named Yelp's 2023 No. 2 Most Loved Brand.
Nothing Bundt Cakes offers Bundt Cakes in a variety of sizes, including bite-sized, and flavors. Customers can add unique decorations and toppers to their cakes. The stores also sell party supplies, décor and gifts.
