Nordstrom Rack adds more stores to fall 2026 lineup — here’s where
Nordstrom Inc. continues to grow the footprint of its off-price division as Saks Global steps back from the business.
Nordstrom Rack has added four new locations to its fall 2026 schedule, with two in Colorado, and one each in Michigan and Texas. The retailer’s ongoing expansion comes as Saks Global is significantly scaling back its off-price presence, closing the majority (57) of Saks Off 5th stores and four Last Call stores.
Here are the details on the newly announced Nordstrom Rack locations.
•Dillon, Colo.: The 24,000-sq.-ft. store will be located at Dillon Ridge Marketplace, owned and managed by Miller United Real Estate.
•Lakewood, Col.: The 24,000-sq.-ft. store will be located at Denver West Village, owned and managed by Simon Property Group.
Nordstrom currently operates two full-price stores and nine Nordstrom Rack stores in Colorado.
•Canton, Mich.: The 35,000-sq.-ft.-store will be located at New Towne Center, owned and managed by Acadia Realty.
Nordstrom currently operates two five full-price stores and five Nordstrom Rack stores in Michigan.
•McAllen, Texas: The 31,000-sq.-ft. store will be located at Las Tiendas Shopping Center, owned by Cielo Paso Las Tiendas and managed by MIMCO, LLC
Nordstrom currently operates eight full-price stores and 27 Nordstrom Rack stores in Texas.
