Nordstrom continues to expand its Nordstrom Rack division.

Nordstrom Rack will open a 25,000-sq. ft. store at Bandera Pointe, San Antonio, Tex., in fall 2024. Bandera Pointe is owned and managed by SITE Centers
With the addition of the new location, two stores opening this fall in Denton and Allen and the recently opened location in San Antonio, Nordstrom will operate 22 Nordstrom Rack stores and eight Nordstrom stores in Texas.
In New York, Nordstrom rack will open a 24,000-sq.-ft. store at the Gardiner Manor Mall in Bay Shore, which is located in the South Shore area of Long Island, in spring 2024. The shopping center is owned and managed by Kite Realty Group Trust.
With the addition of this new location, Nordstrom will operate twelve Nordstrom Rack stores, three Nordstrom stores and two Nordstrom Locals in New York. The store is scheduled to open in spring 2024.
In Ohio, a 30,000-sq.-ft. Nordstrom Rack will open at Deerfield Towne Center in Mason, in fall 2024. The center is owned and managed by RPT Realty.
With the addition of the Mason store and a location opening in Macedonia, Ohio in spring 2024, Nordstrom will operate eight Nordstrom Rack stores and three Nordstrom stores in Ohio. The store is scheduled to open in fall 2024.
Nordstrom also continues its expansion in California. Nordstom Rack will open a 26,000 -sq.ft. store at Clairemont Town Square in San Diego in fall 2024. Clairemont Town Square is owned and managed by Merlone Geier Partners.
With the addition of this new location and 10 other announced store openings, Nordstrom will operate 68 Nordstrom Rack stores, 22 Nordstrom stores, 5 Nordstrom Locals and one asos Nordstrom in California. The store is scheduled to open in fall 2024.
The four newly announced locations join other planned Nordstrom Rack openings, listed below, for 2024 that the company has announced.
•Queen Creek Marketplace, Queen Creek, Ariz. The center is owned and managed by Vestar.
•Presidential Markets, Snellville, Ga. The center is managed by First Washington Realty.
• Danada Square East, Wheaton, Ill. The center is managed by Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.
• South Beach Regional, Jacksonville Beach, Fla. The center is owned and managed by Regency Centers.
•The Ridge Elk Grove Shopping Center, Elk Grove, Calif. The center is owned by Pappas Investments and managed by its affiliate Inverness Management.
•Gilroy Crossing, Gilroy, Calif. The center is managed by Raider Hill Advisors and owned by Joule Associates, LLC, a partnership between Raider Hill Advisors, LLC and Farallon Capital Management.
•Pacific Coast Plaza, Oceanside, Calif. The center is owned and managed by Citivest Commercial Investments.
•Bridgepointe Shopping Center, San Mateo, Calif.
•Macedonia Gateway, Macedonia, Ohio. The center is owned and managed by Cipriani Investments.
•Danada Square East,Wheaton, Ill. The center is managed by Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.
