Nordstrom Rack adds another store to its 2024 lineup — here’s the list

Nordstrom continues to expand the footprint of its off-price division.

Norstrom Rack will open a 28,000-sq.-ft. store at Queen Creek Marketplace in Queen Creek, Ariz., in spring 2024. (Queen Creek Marketplace is owned and managed by Vestar.)  With the opening of the new location, Nordstrom will operate ten Nordstrom Rack stores and one Nordstrom store in Arizona. 

Nordstrom Rack is the largest source of new customers to Nordstrom.  In addition to the Queen Creek store, Nordstrom Rack is scheduled to open stores in 2024 in the following locations. 

•Presidential Markets, Snellville, Ga. The center is managed by First Washington Realty.

• Danada Square East, Wheaton, Ill. The center is managed by Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.

• South Beach Regional, Jacksonville Beach, Fla. The center is owned and managed by Regency Centers.

•The Ridge Elk Grove Shopping Center, Elk Grove, Calif. The center is owned by Pappas Investments and managed by its affiliate Inverness Management.

•Gilroy Crossing, Gilroy, Calif. The center is managed by Raider Hill Advisors and owned by Joule Associates, LLC, a partnership between Raider Hill Advisors, LLC and Farallon Capital Management.

•Pacific Coast Plaza, Oceanside, Calif.  The center is owned and managed by Citivest Commercial Investments.

•Bridgepointe Shopping Center, San Mateo, Calif. 

•Macedonia Gateway, Macedonia, Ohio. The center is owned and managed by Cipriani Investments.

•Danada Square East,Wheaton, Ill. The center is managed by Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management.

In April, Nordstrom Rack unveiled a new logo, inspired by the Rack logo used in the 1970s and 1980s, but modernized for today. The updated logo is part of Nordstrom Rack’s reimagined brand identity, which aims to further differentiate Nordstrom Rack in a competitive off-price retail market, attract new customers and better connect with existing customers.
