Weiman Products adds six new brands to portfolio

Weiman Products, a leading manufacturer of specialty cleaning products, has acquired Goo Gone, Magic, Stone Care International, Natural Magic, OOPS! Paint Remover and Gonzo brands from the Homax Group.

Weiman will be able to leverage the new brands to broaden its product categories and served markets; supplement its brand equity and awareness, particularly with the Goo Gone and Magic brands; extend leading capability in specialty cleaning formulations and enhance supply and distribution alternatives.



Weiman Products has been in business since 1941. Located in Gurnee, Ill., the company manufactures specialty cleaning products which include Weiman Cook Top Cleaner, Weiman Leather Wipes, Weiman Stainless Steel Wipes, Weiman Cook Top Wipes, Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish, Weiman Furniture Polish, Weiman Granite Cleaner & Polish and Weiman Silver Cream. These products are available nationwide through mass merchants, supermarkets, hardware stores and other retail outlets.
