Wal-Mart Concerned About Hurricane Hanna

Bentonville, Ark. Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Tuesday that if Hurricane Hanna follows its intended path, it would affect many more of its stores than Hurricane Gustav has.

Wal-Mart has just over 100 facilities, including Sam's Club stores and distribution centers, that were in the path of Gustav. However, the chain has about 300 locations in the potential path of Hanna. The company said it is monitoring the severity and path of the storm to determine the best safety steps to make.
