Taubman to offer interactive "Frozen" attraction at 10 malls this holiday season

10/23/2014

Bloomfield Hills, Mich. --Taubman will offer a special "Frozen"attraction at 10 of its shopping centers across the country from Nov. 6-Dec. 24. The attraction comes a few days before Disney releases its "Frozen Sing-Along Edition" DVD on Nov. 18.

The highest-grossing animated film of all time, "Frozen" will take center stage with interactive “Ice Palaces” inside of each mall where visitors can sing the film’s signature "Let it Go” tune or one of the other songs from the Sing-Along Edition DVD release.

In addition, visitors can see special scenes from the movie, create a "Frozen" handprint, take a photo with Olaf on his ice throne, measure themselves against the "Are you as tall as Sven and Olaf" feature and much more.

The majority of the Ice Palaces will also have a "Frozen" gift shop.

"We are committed to bringing our shoppers the very best interactive experiences," said Taubman VP of Sponsorship and center marketing Glenda Cole. "Every child who fell in love with 'Frozen' will delight in playing in a magical snowfall in the Ice Palace while singing along to the beloved songs on the new Disney 'Frozen Sing-Along Edition' DVD."

Participating centers will also offer the opportunity to visit with Santa Claus. Extending the "Frozen" experience, those who visit Santa will receive a complimentary Disney Frozen "Look and Find" book.
