Target and Zinio reinvent reading
Visitors to Target.com can now download digital versions of their favorite magazines thanks to a new arrangement with Zinio, a company that bills itself as the world’s leader in digital content, design and distribution. Target and Zinio announced a partnership to extend access of their global portfolio of publications, including popular consumer titles, to Target customers worldwide. When customers visit Target.com they are redirected to a co-branded digital newsstand that showcases various publications. Target will market and promote its digital newsstand online and in stores nationwide.
According to Zinio, it is revolutionizing reading. Through digital products and services, the company creates better ways for people to discover published content, get more of it and do more with it, the company said. With more than 50,000 digital magazines and books, and e-stores localized in 15 languages, zinio.com is the largest online newsstand in the world.
