Survey: L.L. Bean, Staples, Talbots among most powerful brands in Northeast
Boston A study released Tuesday by brand development firm Protobrand unveiled the 25 most powerful New England consumer brands.
The survey, called The Protobrand 25, listed among its retail and food-service high-fliers Dunkin’ Donuts (No. 3); Subway (No. 4); Ben & Jerry’s (No. 5); L.L. Bean (No. 6); Staples (No. 10); CVS/Pharmacy (No. 14); Ethan Allen (o. 16); Cole Haan (No. 17); Talbots (No. 20); Timberland (No. 21); and Yankee Candle (No. 22).
Brands were rated based on brand momentum, distinctiveness, uniqueness, quality, loyalty, admiration and resume enhancement.
