Sunglass Hut has a cool, sleek, sexy vibe that reflects eyewear’s new fashion-accessory status. The fashion-inspired store design is based on the bold, contrasting effect of light vs. dark. A dramatic, black wall is backlit, while a contrasting white wall highlighting product is front lit. An eye-level mirror band runs around the perimeter walls of the 800-sq.-ft. shop, allowing for easy and efficient try-on of frames.

Behind the cashwrap, a sparkle wall of film over a mirror is functional as well as stylish. It slides open and closed over a storage stage.

With a layout inspired by a grand contemporary home, Casa Palacio offers the latest in luxury home fashions. Rich natural stones and woods are used throughout the 67,775-sq.-ft. store in both classic and contemporary ways. Arrival points with patterned marble floors are interspersed with wide-plank ebony stained wood flooring in over-scaled parquet designs. Stone archways and pearlescent columns define the elegant walkways and entrances that beckon customers to journey from one inviting environment to the next.
