Rhodes Selling 24 Stores, Warehouse Locations

Atlanta, Roughly one month after filing for bankruptcy protection, Rhodes, Inc. has announced it is disposing of 21 name-brand furniture stores and warehouses, and three John M. Smyth's Homemakers Furniture stores. The sites, in Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee, are located in both strip centers and freestanding buildings and range in size from 27,809 sq. ft. to 113,250 sq. ft.
