The London-based global specialty fashion retailer Topshop is helping customers pin down their favorite colors.
According to VentureBeat, TopShop is partnering with Pinterest to help customers determine their favorite colors based on their pin history. Topshop is the first international developer to become part of Pinterest’s Developers Platform since it publicly debuted in July, according to the report.
Using the new Pinterest Developers Platform, which was launched in July 2015, Topshop lets users log into its e-commerce site with their Pinterest credentials and gain access to the Pinterest Palette. The tool helps them select items based on color schemes created from their saved pins.
Launch is timed to coincide with Fashion Week events in New York, Paris, London and Milan.
