Reebok and NHL Opening Flagship

New York, The National Hockey League has teamed with Reebok to open a state-of-the-art flagship, called NHL Powered by Reebok, in Manhattan. It will celebrate its grand opening on Friday.

Located on the ground floor of the NHL's new world headquarters, the store features oversized graphics of NHL players and interactive stations where consumers can play cutting-edge NHL video games. It will sell NHL and Reebok’s Rbk line of hockey apparel and products.

The space is designed to bring the game of hockey to life. An ice wall (made of real ice) serves as a backdrop to feature merchandise as well as the Stanley Cup, which will be displayed at select times throughout the year. A floating hockey stick sculpture, constructed of over 400 sticks, hangs over the cash desk and is interlaced with flat-panel monitors.
