Off-pricer pledges up to $150,000 in hurricane relief
Ross Stores is allocating funds to help those impacted by Hurricane Florence.
The off-pricer announced that it will donate $150,000 to the American Red Cross in support of Hurricane Florence relief. These funds will help provide shelter, food, and services for people affected by the storm.
The company is also accepting customer donations from Sept. 21 through Sept. 28, at all of its 1,453 Ross Dress for Less stores, and its 227 dd's Discounts locations. All funds will be donated to the American Red Cross’ relief efforts, according to the company.
"Ross Stores is committed to supporting those in need,” said Barbara Rentler, CEO, Ross Stores. “These funds will assist the communities throughout the Carolinas and neighboring states that were impacted by this storm and its aftermath with their relief efforts. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to all those who suffered losses as a result of this disaster."
