The discussion, broadcast live on the VoiceAmerica Internet media service, focused on how advances in cloud and digital technology are transforming the role of the chief marketing officer in retail.



Panelists Berthiaume, Nancy Casey of SAP and Brian Cederborg of NSPRO Consulting discussed topics such as determining ROI from digital marketing campaigns, the convergence of digital and physical channels, and what the future holds in store for retail marketers.
