H-E-B and Pampers do Texas two-step
SAN ANTONIO, Texas — H-E-B, Pampers and Interactions have teamed up to offer an exclusive 60-stop H-E-B Baby “Little Texans Tour,” sponsored by Pampers.
The tour aims to promote healthy families and the assortment of infant and baby products offered at H-E-B stores.
The mobile tour will feature an H-E-B Baby and Pampers-branded bus traveling to select H-E-B retail locations throughout San Antonio, Laredo, Corpus Christi and the Rio Grande Valley throughout a 12-week period beginning in April. At each stop, shoppers will receive coupons, interact with product demonstrators and take home samples from sponsors such as H-E-B Baby, Pampers, Plum Organics and Johnson & Johnson. Each stop will also feature special activities for children, including coloring with H-E-Buddy and storytime. Child ID Kit services and guest speakers, including local children’s book authors and parenting bloggers, will also be on hand at select stops.
“H-E-B has always been committed to supporting children and families and providing the highest quality infant and toddler products at an extraordinary value,” says Barry Craft, business development manager, infant and baby for H-E-B. “This ‘Little Texans Tour’ is just one more way we’re reaching out to parents in our community and helping them make sure their little ones are getting off to the best start possible.”
“We’re very excited to be supporting H-E-B in achieving this goal,” says Nicole LeMaire, director of specialized services for Interactions. “By providing the staffing, marketing materials and management for this mobile tour, Interactions is helping H-E-B reach the widest range of customers in their communities, while also removing the burden of event production from their shoulders so they can focus on what they do best: providing families with high-quality products to help them live their healthiest lives.”
H-E-B is based in San Antonio and operates more than 350 stores in Texas and Mexico. It celebrated its 105th anniversary in 2010.
