Fresh & Easy Debuts in Hollywood

New York City Tesco’s Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market format made its Hollywood, Calif., debut on Wednesday, opening its doors near the famed Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Keeping in the spirit of the location, according to a company press release, Fresh & Easy CEO Tim Mason opened the store by placing his hands in wet cement and cutting a filmstrip before customers entered the store. There were also celebrity look-alikes on hand to add to the Hollywood theme.

Fresh & Easy currently has 33 stores open throughout Southern California, Nevada and Arizona.
