Bozeman, Mont., In an effort to optimize self-service, drugstore.com announced a partnership with RightNow Technologies. RightNow’s advanced technology should be a boon to drugstore.com’s multiple Web sites, which include drugstore.com, beauty.com and visiondirect.com.

RightNow’s technologies specialize in self-service, something valued by drugstore.com and other on-line providers of health, beauty and pharmacy products. The new joint venture between drugstore.com and RightNow will focus on the retailer’s contact center and customer service.
