Monterey, Calif., Shop.com announced that the sales volume generated through the site in 2005 increased 190% over the prior year. The month of December was up 77% year-over-year. Year-over-year traffic increased 260%. The number of merchants participating in the Shop.com marketplace globally nearly doubled and now totals over 1500.
