REDEVELOPMENT
Dupont Lakes Shopping Center in Deltona, Fla., will be redeveloped by Tampa-based RMC Property Group in a joint venture with Publix Super Markets Inc. and Red-stone Investments. Phase 1 will involve construction of a new 45,000-sq.-ft. Publix with an adjoining 14,000 sq. ft. of retail; Phase 2 will raze the old Publix and build a new 165,000-sq.-ft. Home Improvement Center.
DISPOSITIONS
Melville, N.Y.-based DJM Realty has acquired the rights to sell all 61 national location leases of Rag Shops, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May. The leases range from 7,000 sq. ft. to 20,000 sq. ft. and are located in Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
ACQUISITIONS
DLC Management Corp., Tarrytown, N.Y., has acquired Riverside Plaza, a 217,936-sq.-ft. open-air center, and Key Road Plaza, a 76,134-sq.-ft. open-air center, both located in Keene, N.H. The deal represents DLC’s second and third acquisition in New England in 2007.

Atlanta-based Jones Lang LaSalle has joined with Alexander Babbage and MallFinder Network to establish an online nationwide shopper panel. The proprietary online database of consumer shopping trends will be available to shopping center owners and retailers to facilitate gauging consumer trends.… Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers won a bronze award in the 28th Annual Telly Awards; Regency’s award was in the employee communications category.
