Ahold expands optimization solution
San Carlos, Calif. On-demand optimization-solution provider DemandTec said Tuesday that Ahold USA is expanding its use of the company’s solutions and implementing them across the Stop & Shop, Giant of Maryland and Giant Food Stores banners.

The solution is designed to help Ahold better understand its customers and execute marketing and merchandising strategies toward attracting and serving those customers.
