New York City is on track to enter the final stage of the state's reopening plan — Phase IV — on Monday, July 20, but with some exceptions.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the Phase IV re-opening across the city’s five boroughs will not include indoor venues such as shopping malls, museums and more. Some art and entertainment venues such as zoos and botanical gardens to reopen, but for outdoor activities only.
The rest of New York State is already in Phase 4, as museums and malls have reopened with capacity limits and other restrictions.
