NEST donating $70,000-plus to local charities

NEST is donating to local charities and is asking its customers to select the beneficiaries.

The integrated facilities management company, which is on the frontlines of helping the retail industry resume operations amidst the pandemic and social unrest, announced it is committing more $70,000 to charities across the country. The beneficiaries will be selected by NEST's clients to benefit local charities in cities where the company’s partners are based.

NEST, which manages more than 59,000 retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, works with over 40 national retail clients, including Five Below, Joann, Party City, Lilly Pulitzer and Spirit Halloween.

"During this unprecedented time in our nation, we want to work with our partners to give back to their local communities and support charities who are doing important work right now," said Rob Almond, CEO, NEST. "Not only are we finding new ways to get our retail clients back to business, we strive to make an impact in neighborhoods that have been affected by the coronavirus and social injustice."

Recently, NEST has been called into action to respond to the damage that occurred at major retail locations in cities across the country.  At the same time, the company is focused on reopening retail locations that were closed since mid-March due to the pandemic and helping retailers to decrease facility management expenses and streamline their operations.
