Mercer on One announces six new tenants
The half-million-sq.-ft. Mercer on One shopping center in Lawrenceville, N.J. is welcoming new businesses to its roster.
Federal Realty Investment Trust has announced the addition of six new tenants at the mall, including two restaurants, two apparel retailers and more. Last year, Federal Realty unveiled the rebranding of the mall from Mercer Center to Mercer on One, which included an updated visual identity. Since then, Federal Realty has curated a diverse mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle options.
"We are excited to welcome these new tenants to a newly rebranded Mercer on One," said Jeffrey Fischer, VP of regional leasing at Federal Realty. "All of our tenants reflect Federal’s commitment to curating a dynamic retail environment that caters to the diverse interests and preferences of our community.”
The latest additions to Mercer on One's tenant roster include:
- Bloomingdale's Outlet – Spanning 18,649 sq. ft. and slated to open fall 2024, Bloomingdale’s Outlet has a large selection of fashion-forward apparel and accessories.
- Lazy Dog Restaurant – Occupying 8,511 sq. ft., Lazy Dog will offer a distinctive blend of elevated comfort cuisine and a laid-back ambiance. Opening in 2025, the restaurant serves made-from-scratch American food and drinks with seasonally inspired ingredients.
- J.Crew Factory – An American multi-brand, multi-channel, specialty retailer, will occupy approximately 6,000 sq. ft. location and is slated to open winter 2024.
- D1 Sports & Athletics – Covering 3,800 sq. ft., D1 Sports & Athletics is anticipated to open spring 2025 and provides a state-of-the-art training facility for athletes of all levels, offering specialized programs and personalized coaching to help individuals achieve their fitness and performance goals.
- Nan Xiang Express – Boasting 2,817 sq. ft., Nan Xiang Express, which is scheduled to open spring 2025, will provide customers with a unique, modern Chinese food experience.
- Sephora – With a footprint of 4,818 sq. ft. and slated to open winter 2024, Sephora will bring the latest beauty trends and a wide assortment of products in every category to Mercer on One.
Federal Realty's 102 properties include approximately 3,300 tenants in 26 million commercial sq. ft., and approximately 3,100 residential units.
