Massage Envy names first chief revenue officer

Massage Envy has promoted a longtime employee to its C-suite through the creation of a new position.

The massage and spa franchise has named Andrea McCauley to the role of chief revenue officer. In the role, she will be focused on supporting franchisees' new customer acquisition and retention, service innovation and retail products, and marketing initiatives.

McCauley has been with Massage Envy Franchising since 2018, and most recently served as the senior VP of marketing since January of 2023, where she led consumer, digital, employee, omnichannel and local marketing, analytics, public relations, and corporate social responsibility efforts. Prior to that she held various senior roles in marketing and customer experience, as well as public relations roles at Target and RadioShack prior to joining Massage Envy. 

"Andrea's strategic approach to our business will be instrumental as we continue to evolve the brand,” said Todd Schrader, CEO of Massage Envy. “She has developed invaluable relationships with franchisees during her tenure, and deeply understands the needs of the business. In this new role, she will drive a unified strategy that fosters growth, strengthens the brand's market position and deepens the value of the brand while helping to address the needs of modern wellness consumers."

McCauley will now lead the innovation and retail service team and is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the organization. She will continue to oversee marketing, including employee brand and consumer brand marketing.
