Marshalls reaffirms commitment to empowering women with accelerator program

Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program

Off-price retailer Marshalls has launched the second year of its “Good Stuff Accelerator Program."

Sponsored by Marshalls’ parent company TJX Cos., the year-long, virtual initiative is designed to empower women through professional and personal development. Applications are now being accepted for the program, which provides women access to curated programming, group mentorship from inspiring experts and role models, peer-driven accountability, practical support and a one-time, $5,000 grant to help them take action and achieve their goals.

The initiative was inspired by Marshalls-commissioned research, which revealed that one in three women say they lack access to the resources they need to get more out of their lives, and 34% say they don't even know where to begin.

"At Marshalls, we believe that when women have access to the right support, their potential can flourish," says Sonya Cosentini, VP, brand marketing, Marshalls. "The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is our commitment to helping to break down the barriers that women often face — whether financial, personal, or structural — so they can pursue their goals with confidence. We're proud to carry on this journey in year two by continuing a powerful program that champions women — whether charting new paths, advancing careers, or redefining what's possible."
