Lowe’s equips professional loyalty members with new tech tools

Lowe’s is providing new solutions for professional customers.

Lowe’s customers who work in the home improvement industry have a new reason to join its professional loyalty program.

The home improvement giant, which launched its Lowe's MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program in February 2022, is introducing a suite of solutions specifically aimed at industry professionals who take part in the loyalty initiative.

Known as MVPs Business Tools and available via the Lowe’s e-commerce site and mobile app, the solutions include:

  • Online quoting: Instead of going in-store or calling to get a quote, program members can build and update online order quotes within minutes. Members can also complete purchases online at the quoted rate, with pricing guaranteed for seven days.
  • Volume savings program: MVPs Pro Rewards members at the silver tier level and above will be able to obtain savings on eligible orders of $1,500 or more.
  • Buy it again: Members can reorder frequently purchased items via the “Buy it again” prompt. Items can be sorted by frequency, recency, and price of purchase.
  • Order tracking: Members can view purchases and track deliveries from a centralized page.

"These enhanced digital features replicate our fast and simple in-store shopping experience so Pros can manage their orders from anywhere – whether that's on the jobsite, at home or out of town."

Existing benefits offered by the Lowe's MVPs Pro Rewards and Partnership Program include:

  • Lowe's e-gift cards earned when participating professionals spend in-store and online on eligible purchases.
  • Access to business resources designed to help professionals tackle back-of-house operations.
  • Exclusive offers for rewards on eligible paint purchases and free select snacks or drinks at Lowe's stores.
  • A chance to win prizes, including Ford F-Series trucks and custom-built local advertising packages.
  • A streamlined mobile and online user experience allowing professionals to track and claim rewards, even when sending a crew member into the store.
  • Bonus points that can be used for additional rewards.

Based in Mooresville, N.C., Lowe’s Companies Inc. operates over 1,700 home improvement stores and employs approximately 300,000 associates.
