Let’s Pave expands team

Let’s Pave has announced the hiring of three new employees to help lead its growing sales team and accounting department. The national provider of specialized paving services and solutions made the appointments below.

Jim Breech has joined the firm as director of business development. He brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management leadership.

Becky McPhee, Controller and CPA, has more than 24 years of accounting experience. She started her career in the audit division of a large regional public accounting firm before transitioning to controller and accounting director positions in the hospitality industry.

Jordan Rochwick, director of national accounts, has more than 15 years of experience working with national accounts in the commercial multi-site facilities space, most recently concentrating in HVAC contract services programs.
