Let’s Pave CEO goes on the road to support healthcare workers amid COVID-19

Let’s Pave has recognized the toll COVID 19 has taken on assisted living communities across the country.

In an effort to provide a well-deserved ‘Thank You’ and support to those medical professionals, aides, and staff members who are risking their health and wellbeing, the paving services and pavement management solutions company raised more than $30,000 in 24 hours which is being distributed to various healthcare and assisted living facilities throughout the country, starting in the Massachusetts area. Let’s Pave, which hopes to raise much more over the next few weeks, partnered with Aldi and Ahold USA’s Stop & Shop stores to purchase and deliver gift cards, lunches, and home goods gift packages which will include items such as antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, and tissue paper.

Let’s Pave CEO C.B. Kuzlik hit the road on Sunday, May 3, to personally purchase and deliver the donations. This journey entailed a 35-hour round trip from Oak Brook, Ill., to Boston. Kuzlik’s  “Road to Recovery” expedition and the stops he made along the way to various retailers, restaurants, and c-stores to re-fuel and stock up on the donation supplies were documented and are available on Let’s Pave LinkedIn page,  as well as on its Facebook, and Instagram social media channels. Kuzlik plans to make other out-of-state trips for the same purpose in the near future as well.

“We are very excited to help support the effort of those who are at the greatest risk and to show our appreciation for their strength and dedication,” the company stated.
