Kendra Scott has its first new CEO since it was founded its 2002.
The fashion jewelry retailer announced that Tom Nolan, president of Kendra Scott, has been promoted to CEO, effective immediately. He succeeds founder Kendra Scott, who will continue in her role as executive chairwoman and majority owner, leading design, customer experience and philanthropy.
Nolan joined the Kendra Scott board in 2014 and in 2016 joined the company as chief revenue and marketing officer. In 2019, he was named president of the brand. Previously, Nolan held senior roles at Ralph Lauren, Conde Nast and as the founder and CEO of Prospect Brands.

Scott founded the company in 2002 and has been the sole CEO, transforming it into a multichannel experiential retailer that is known for its quality materials, affordable price points and giving back to the people and causes that her and her customers care about most. Since 2010, the company has given back over $30 million to local, national and international causes.
Kendra Scott has more than 110 standalone stores across the United States and is also sold in retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's and 600 specialty boutiques worldwide. It also has a web business.
