Macerich's Scottsdale Fashion Square will soon contain one of the largest Hermés locations in the world.

Looks like Scottsdale Fashion Square now has its all-star luxury lineup just about complete. And it’s a big hitter.

Hermés has signed a lease for an 11,000-sq.-ft. space at Macerich’s jewel-in-the-crown property in Arizona. It’s one of the French luxury brand’s biggest locations--3,000 sq. ft. bigger than the store it opened a year ago at American Dream, Triple Five’s mega-mall in the New Jersey Meadowlands.

Fashion Square is the sure stop for the Scottsdale soigné. Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and Bulgari all do business there.

“Hermès is synonymous with quality and classic style, along with a distinctive personality that beautifully complements the curated collection of luxury stores at Scottsdale Fashion Square,” said Macerich’s executive VP of leasing Michael Guerin.

Hermés plans to open its spacious fashion gallery in the summer of 2024 in Fashion Square’s Crystal Court, which provides a sense of arrival with a two-story glass entry and a Swarovski-inspired light column.

The center’s 1.9 million sq. ft. contains more than 240 shops and restaurants, and Macerich has more in store. An upscale fitness center and a hotel are currently under construction.
