Jack in the Box has a new marketing chief.
The quick-service chain appointed Ryan Ostrom as executive VP and chief marketing officer, effective Feb. 1. Most recently, he served as chief brand officer at General Nutrition Centers, where he helped lead the transformation of GNC from a traditional retailer to a global digital brand.
Prior to joining GNC, Ostrom was global chief digital officer at KFC, which is part of Yum! Brands. He also served as chief marketing officer for Kenmore, Craftsman & DieHard at Sears, and was director of consumer marketing, strategy and customization for Reebok.

Adrienne Ingoldt, current senior VP, chief brand & experience officer at Jack in the Box, will take on a new role as senior VP, chief customer & strategy officer. Ingoldt’s new role will focus on strategic planning oversight, restaurant concept evolution, project management, corporate performance management, and internal and external communications.
