Four new leases signed at The Collection at Forsyth
The Collection at Forsyth in Cumming, Ga., has boosted its tenant roster with the addition of four new tenants at the lifestyle center that draws five million visitors a year.
The Cheesecake Factory headlines the set of new arrivals and will occupy a prime space located off one of the destination’s largest traffic circles. Warby Parker will be situated in a 1,200-sq.-ft. space and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has signed for a 4,200-sq.-ft. lodging at the center, located 40 miles north of downtown Atlanta.
Kimley-Horn, one of the nation’s premier planning and design consulting firms, will establish a new 16,500-square-foot location at the center.
The new tenants will move into a total of some 35,000-sq.-ft. of space at the property, whose directory includes Academy Sports, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Sephora and DSW.
Twenty-four food and beverage offerings crowd the center, headlined by Cava, Chik-fil-A, Ichiban Steak & Sushi, Marlow’s Tavern and Ted’s Montana Grill.
“These leases underscore the continued momentum at The Collection at Forsyth and the best-in-class brands that see the opportunity to grow in this market,” said Sherri Wilson, a senior VP of at JLL, which handles leasing for the center owned by Winter Park, Fla.-based CTO Realty Growth.
“The combination of experiential retail, destination dining, and professional services reflects a thoughtful evolution of the tenant mix and reinforces the center’s role as a daily-use destination for a growing, highly engaged community,” Wilson added.
Positioned at the intersection of Georgia 400 and Peachtree Parkway, the 561,000-sq.-ft. center is located in Forsyth County, a rapidly growing trade area where average household incomes surpass $175,000.
“Securing brands of this caliber speaks to the strength of the property, the fundamentals of the Forsyth County market and our long-term strategy of curating a tenant mix that aligns with how people shop today,” said CTO’s CEO John Albright.
