Former Vitamin Shoppe CEO to lead parent of DressBarn.com, Pier 1.com, other brands
Omni Retail Enterprises has named a seasoned retail executive as CEO.
The company tapped Sharon M. Leite to lead the revitalization of its brands, which include Bodybuilding.com, Pier1.com and DressBarn.com. Omni also owns the intellectual property of Modell’s Sporting Goods, Franklin Mint, SteinMart, Linens-N-Things and Ralph & Russo.
Most recently, Leite was the CEO of Ideal Image, where she led a transformation and brand-growth strategy to the rapidly growing aesthetics, beauty and wellness categories. Prior to that, from August 2018 to January 2024, she was CEO of The Vitamin Shoppe, where she led a successful turnaround.
Earlier in her career, Leite held executive leader roles at Godiva Chocolatier, Pier 1 Imports, Bath & Body Works, Gap Inc. and The Walt Disney Company.

Omni Retail Enterprises is a new company that acquired most of the assets from Retail Ecommerce Ventures. (REV is no longer an operating entity.)
